CENTER-BASED SERVICES – 6 Weeks to 3 Years Old

Small classrooms (1-4 teacher/child ratio) are designed to promote an exceptional learning environment in which each child can learn, explore, play, and socialize. Our teaching staff uses a developmentally appropriate curriculum aimed at delivering a comprehensive and individualized learning plan for every child.

SERVICES TO PREGNANT WOMEN

Comprehensive services include home visits twice a month, prenatal classes for pregnant women and individualized postpartum home visits.

Home-Based Services – 0 to 3 Years Old

A full range of Early Head Start Child & Family Services are provided through weekly home visits to each enrolled child and family. Home visits provide child-focused interactions that promote parents’ ability to support their child’s development as the child’s primary educator. These in-home visits typically last about an hour and a half. A socialization gathering, conducted twice a month, allows children and families to interact in a school setting mutually and to learn a variety of skills and topics of interest important to the educational development of the child.
